Turnips Ingredients - 1 large turnip, peeled, cut into cubes
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Half & Half cream
Preparing In a large pot, place in cubed turnips and cover with water; adding salt. Boil until fork tender. Drain in colander. In pot melt butter or margarine and pour turnips back in.
