Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• Prepared pie dough
• 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/8 teaspoon orange extract
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparing

Prepare dough into pie pan and bake at 350° until browned. In a medium pot, combine sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients and cook until well thickened, stirring frequently. Let stand until cool. Pour into cooled pie shell. Garnish with whipped topping.
