Strawberries with Chocolate-Coconut Fudge
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (1 pound) package strawberries, rinsed, dried, hulled and cut in half or quarters
- 4oz. milk chocolate, chopped or morsels
- 5 tablespoons canned coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons toasted shredded coconut
Preparing
In small saucepan over low heat, stir chocolate and coconut
milk until smooth. Divide the berries among serving dishes or stemmed glasses and spoon
warm sauce over berries. Sprinkle with shredded coconut to serve.
Note: Sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
