Melon Sorbet Yield: Serves 4 Ingredients - 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/4 cups pureed melon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated cucumber
Preparing Bring the sugar and water to a boil and let simmer about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the rest of the ingredients. Let cool at room temperature, then freeze, stirring from time to time to ensure a uniform texture.
