Fresh Corn & Tomato Relish Yield: 5 cups Ingredients - 3 or 4 ears corn, husked
- 2 cups chopped plum tomatoes, (about 4)
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 to 6 drops hot sauce
Preparing Using a sharp knife, cut corn off cobs (makes about 3 cups). In a medium-size bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, pickle relish, dressing and hot sauce.
