Coconut Cookie Bars Yield: Makes 15 bars Ingredients - 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 small can condensed milk
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preparing Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the top. Pour condensed milk over the crumbs, then the chocolate chips and walnuts, making sure to spread the ingredients uniformly.
