Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

• 8 ounces milk chocolate
• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
• 3 pints large, fresh strawberries with stems

Preparing

Place both kinds of chocolate in a small saucepan and stir over very low heat until melted. Dip in the strawberries one at a time until coated with chocolate, being careful not to cover the stem. Place the strawberries onto a greased baking sheet or tray and immediately place in the refrigerator. Chill until the chocolate hardens. They can be prepared a day in advance.
